Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after order processing. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after order processing. Additional shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and external factors beyond our control.
Pre-Order Items:
- Items available for pre-order will have an estimated shipping timeframe noted on the product page. Typically, pre-order items are shipped within 4-6 weeks from the order date.
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order status by logging into your account on our website or by visiting the carrier’s website and entering your tracking number.
Shipping Availability:
- Ice baths are only available for shipping within Western Australia.
- All other products are available for shipping Australia-wide.
Delays:
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or carrier delays may impact delivery times.
- If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
